Can you please edit the title - from my orignal post - https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...uing-me-to-pay ..... to read " Mis-sold Debt Between 2 Companies, That Are Now Pursuing My Client To Pay "
As it's a vulnerable adult I'm posting on behalf of. Thank you so much.

We don't mind editing/deleting the odd post on request but not 3 entire threads I'm afraid. If we allowed everyone to do the same, people wouldn't know they could get help here.

                  Can I add 2 points?

                  1. I do not advise privately - I say this in my signature. Deleting threads is a backdoor way to getting members' thoughts privately. I would regard it as an abuse of my contributions. This poster has obtained useful information across his threads.

                  2. This is a public forum. Posters should take care and think about what they are putting in the public domain before they put it there, not after.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

It's just the additional detail that I was asked to provide that worries me (as the claimant may using the forum too). Any of the additional detail I gave that you can delete would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
