"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

                      Re: Congratulations Gobby Rose.

Thankyou guys it was quite traumatic Evie lucky to be here and my daughter had 2 hours of surgery as they butchered her to get Evie out as her little head got stuck and her heart stopped..........but she beautiful and I have been crying since yesterday(big soft arse that i am).My daughter did me proud she laboured for a long time and had no pain relief(braver than me) and the boyfriend has proposed so will be looking for a hat soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am sorry but I cant post a piccie of her as my daughter has asked that no one put a pic on the internet as she doesnt like the idea of complete strangers looking at her daughter but I will send you all a piccie via email. I feel priveledged to have watched her come into the world and my daughter gave birth in my arms on a double bed in a special room in the delivery suite so it was very very emotional I am the proudest mum and nana in the world.
