42 days to hold a terror suspect is absolutely fine, but what exactly constitutes a "terror suspect" these days?

Someone who drives at 31mph? Someone who throws a cigarette butt out of the window? Someone who puts too many rubbish bags out?

I trusted bloody students on youtube to spell the former England Manager Steve McClaren correctly, just shows when you trust someone else's knowledge what happens.
Steve Maclaen, as everyone surely must know, is how you pronounce the former england manager when you have had a skinful of beer, amy. I unfortunately was stone cold sober at the time and had noexcuse.
