I have a well known friend on here who has injured their shoulder which may have occurred due to the air conditioning at work blowing out cold air onto their shoulder which they then slept on and injured. Could they sure the air con company for no warning about the effects of cold air? They were previously in excellent shape physically(corrrrrrrr!!!)
Can the air con company be sued for no warning on air?

Well Nattie, I wonder.... I think the effects of cold are noted to have ill effects on your health follwoing information gained from years of being round at my Grandam like 'dont sit on that cold step you will get piles' etc, so I am sure that if she wasnt warned of the effects and then went onto injure herself, she should have a fairly watertight case...Neither a borrower nor a lender be;

When you were a child and went outside, did your Mother tell you to put a coat on? Did she tuck you in at night really tightly when it was cold outside?
Is this serious or does this person really need a warning about sitting in the cold?

yes she did all of those things amy, she also told me to take my coat off even if i wasnt staying so i would feel the benefit when i went back outside...Neither a borrower nor a lender be;

What my mother told me or did not tell me, is meaningless in a court of law. Do you know my mother? Fine upstanding woman and she has a great son but we digress of course.
Is this the lamp post? Sorry I have posted in the wrong place following bottles of cheap czeck lager...say that ten times when youre drunk.

Incidently, my brother and 2 of my friends are air con installation engineers - i shall enquire wether or not there should be any health and safety warnings in areas where air con is installed.
Where theres blame theres a claim eh :-)
