We are all in it together we have been told so I am wondering whether I should make a suggestion to those in power. There are major spending plans needed for refurbishment of both Buck House and the parliamentary playrooms so I suggest that both Madge and Dave should do like the rest of us. I think they should both take a trip to a quieter area of the capital and have a word with a back street mortgage advisor. If they are offered the same good advice as the rest of us mere mortals then they might be fortunate enough to walk out with a second mortgage to enable them to carry out the necessary repairs. If they get the right advisor they might even be able to get enough to consolidate the national debt and reduce their monthly outgoings to a more affordable amount allowing them to upgrade their plans for the refurbs, its always best to borrow a bit more than you need because it is only a little bit more on the monthly payment. When they have done that then they can say we are all in it together, I'll leave you all to guess what it is.
We are all in it together.............
