Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!
As an Irish person I thought I should give you all a brief lesson in Gaelic. This may prove useful if you have to deal with any of my fellow countrymen who have celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a few drops of the ‘hard stuff’.
Mate = something you have with 2 veg
Lake = A hole in a container or roof.
Feel’em = a Movie
Jaysis = Son of God
BeJaysis = an expression of shock equal to seeing an apparition of the son of god.
Whale oil beef hooked = an expression of surprise.
Virgin = Any Irish man’s mother
God Almighty = Any Irish Mothers son.
