    arnt these FOTL type people/arguments.....

    There are many many ways within the legal system to sort things out before it gets to this stage. Judges seem to be acting very pragmatic since 2008/9 over evictions for debit other than the morgagee. If its debt with a morgagee, again, as long as your making a realistic effort, they will mostly bend backwards before taking eviction action.

    So if anyone is facing this position, honestly, the best thing you can do, is post up your details of debt, and whats stage its at, on here on a new thread, and use the collective experience of the rest of the posters on here, to see what helps available.

      Totally agree with you CC

      like you say we don't know how it got to that stage , I was interested in how the police reacted

      From many threads on here the police don't always act within the law and that is due to many reasons but lots of police think they are the law not just doing there duty to uphold the law
