Some bloke on Market Kitchen the other night made a pesto with broccoli. Looked nice enough, but I can't stand the stuff either. My pony likes it though....or you could give it to next doors rabbit or soemthing.......

Anyone got any good recipes for broccoli?

Par boil it, roast half a chopped up Butternut squash. Mix together with some Stilton cheese. Slap it in a bit of rolled pastry. Chuck it in the oven till golden brown.
You probably won't hate it after you've tried that!!!!:okay:
