Much of leicester is under reconstruction and is not a great place to visit at the moment. The new shopping centre opens in November. The city is filthy and no cars allowed. Carparks are full, loads of asylum seekers on the streets, begging and picking pockets. On average I read of a stabbing or shooting in Leicester every week. I was brought up here and hate the s**t hole. Take it from me "it's not a nice place".
