Re: First Beagles meet of 2008 - Peterborough Sat 31st May

I asked Ame if it would be ok to invite Tom Brennan along to the bash, as he's not strictly a Beagle and she said he'd be welcome. He has said he'd be delighted to come along. Ame seems to think he's terribly posh but he's not at all!

Interestingly he's been invited to speak at the annual Financial Lawyer's Association dinner later this week alongside Laurence Rabinowitz. He said that he's not going to pull any punches and I'll try and get hold of a copy of his speech.

Where is that coming from SL?
I just did Aberdeen and it's between 6 and 7 hours, cheapest fare £58.50 which is cheaper than what it first said for me lol.

I checked just for noseyness for trains and it would take me 18hours to get there:laugh:
I could fly half way round the world in that time
