I spent the last twenty minutes writing out a new thread on PPI, cannot go into details because as soon as I was happy to post it, the forum kicked me out with a you have no permission to post on the forum. I am NOT writing it out again. It was the thread that never was.

Re: The thread that never was
Nattie,
The forum has an inactivity logout after 30 minutes. If ,for example, you are composing a long piece or will be away from your computer for a period longer than this , may I suggest the following.
At the bottom of the screen alongside the list of members that are currently online there is the icon . Right click your mouse over that picture and choose to `open in new window` or `open in new tab`. Once you have done this ,leave that page open whilever you are logged in. This screen has an automatic refresh and will ensure your login remains 'active' whilever it is open. This will allow you to remain online without being logged out automatically after 30 minutes.
Hope this helps you and anyone else experiencing similar problems.

Re: The thread that never was
Guys, I know what I should have done and did not do it. It was a passing comment that I thought might be funny, but i guess in my world lots of annoying things are funny.
The thread that never was, the king that never was, the queen that never was, etc.etc. This is the rant that never was cos I am not really that annoyed by the responses. Anyway back to my world as I am the gardener to Lady Chatterley
