  • The Footie thread 2013 - 2014 Season

    Well everyone its that time of year, the season is back, and the Premiership starts at the weekend, for those who love a bit of banter about the footie then here's the place for it.

    I'll start......

    On Sunday the Special One returns to Stamford Bridge, otherwise known as Jose Mourinho, oh yes my cup filleth over, Jose and Frank, phwoooooooooooooooor.

      My local team is Norwich. Well, somebody has to support them except when Arsenal visit!!

                Newcastle United - if you ever feel sorry for yourself when your team only finishes 4th (or 2nd, 3rd etc.) in the Premier League, spare a thought for us folk who follow our team through thin and even thinner. Strengthening our squad usually involves getting a new tea lady (or tea gentlemen even) in.

                        Least it may only be one defeat we are guaranteed to lose the first 2 and god only knows how many more stayed up by skin of our teeth dunno if we can rely on the ole gnashers hanging on for much longer though anyone know of spare false teeth going for a good cause lol
