I received a 'phone call earlier on.
It went something like this
Caller - "Could I speak to xxxxxxxxxx"
Me - "What's the problem?"
Caller - "xxxxxxxxxx has contacted us re PPI re-claiming"
Me - "Isn't that the thing where you can get £thousands?"
Caller - "Yes. Can I speak to xxxxxxxxxx"
Me - "Hang on, I'll see if he's in.
Just one small point - does it matter that he is only 11 years old?"
The silence was deafening.
