I miss the characters of tennis now, you had JM and Agassi..he was incredible!

I watched one game where he was trying to get the ball girl to throw him a ball and she, like I would be was all :faint:come on.. it's AGASSI!!
He stood, grinned, said "Helloo.. Miss??" then gave a little wave and she jumped, he asked for a ball then said "Could you throw me another please sweetie??" she went PUCE!!!
He then scored a point, and turned and said "That was a good shot, I liked that shot.. didn't you?" and the girl went BEETROOT!!
The Voice Of Doom then asked "Mr Agassi can you please stop tormenting the ball girls?"

And Novac has the best sense of humor.. did you see him tormenting Maria Sharapova's boyfriend?? Hillarious!

I think I'm going to have the tennis on the TV and the F1 on the laptop this weekend (or the other way round). I'm loathe to miss any of it.

We have already sorted out who is watching what and where here.
OH will have the 42'' telly in the lounge for the F1..and I will watch the tennis on the 37" telly in my bedroom,,and I bet the worst language will be mine lol
He is ,at present,setting up the HD on the sky tellybox....and the air is slowly turning blue...he has to wait 10 minutes and is doing the naughty kid bit ''Is it 10 minutes yet''? 'How much longer''?

I will be an undecided puff if it comes to a Murray/Djocavic final.. do I cheer on my country's hero (who I would LOVE to see raise the trophy as he is an incredible talent) or do I cheer on my Novac who I think is a gentleman, a fantastic sport and is drop dead gorgeous??

Well its a win win situation really isnt it??

Novak doesn't do it for me,,but as a sportsman and a gentleman yes I agree..Whats also nice this year is most of the players acknowledging the crowds.As for country v player...I back country every time

Well,all credit the Krumm woman..42 years old and managed to rattle Serena......the result (6-0 6-0) wasn't a reflection of the great tennis that was played by both women.
I don't know if Serena felt unwell.....or because the match didn't start till late in the day but she didn't seem herself,,she was missing easy points.....her normally spot on serves were lack lustre at times and she seemed unsettled.
Whatever it was,,the 42yrold gave her a run for her money,,it didn't last long (just over an hour) but was really entertaining) and she can hold her head up and say 'Yes,I played Serena Williams on Centre Court at Wimbledon'
Now that's bragging rights huh??

For a while yesterday I really thought Ferrer was going to be another big seed biting the dust. Glad he didn't, as need some competition for Djokovic in his half of the draw.

Well,well,well.............No Williams sister in the Ladies Final....Serena is out..Weird Wimbledon continues...and Andy is 2 sets up...........best he chop chops and wins it...it's bloody hot out there
