Thanks to all that came, it was a good bash.

I met some new faces - PT, Mr & Mrs Inca and FP which was nice.

Sorry you got lost on the way back Saph but I did say that you should have brought a sat nav didn't I? And I understand that Enaid had a tough time returning to her room, maybe we should bring a stretcher next time?

Not sure where the next party's going to be but how about Great Portland Street, Cel?

Celestine helped this poor old carcass up the 1000 steps to the dining room (well,,maybe not quite 1000)...and after I'd stottered down them twice I gave up and went down them on me bum lol
Cels speech was short......on paper......but the heckling and barracking (not by me,,,I was busy hoovering my food up,,nowt comes between Inca and her grub,,not even Cels dulcet tones lol) made it seem longer.
A few of us smokers put the worlds to rights outside..frequently.
I think we raised a glass to everything and everybody in the southern hemisphere (again,,this paragon of virtue stuck to Adams Ale) and a jolly good time was had by all.

I drove down and arrived at around 6pm and left around 9.30 pm, it took me and hour and a half to get there and nearly three hours to get back as I got lost and was driving through dark lanes for a hell of a long time, I remember seeing a sign for xxxxxxxx forest at one time, eventually I made it onto the motorway and eventually found my way onto the M25, then I did it again, I missed the turn for Dartford and was on the way to Dover, so I had to find a place to turn off and retrace and eventually got on the right road, god its always the same when I go over that side of the Thames, I'm sure its because the air is thinner or something, anyways after another little mishap (will confess all and explain one day) I eventually arrived home at 12.30 am, absolutely knackered and with a tyre mark on me bum.

It was soooo lovely to see my old mucker Enaid again, slightly the worse for the wear but the better for the wine eh love lol.

Nice to see Cel and Joe, Ame, Tools, Exc again, oh and Tom of course and yes I confess in Peterborough it was myself who filled your bed with 2kg of Tate and Lyle (only the best for you love) oh and tied yours and a couple of other peoples doors up with police do not enter tape.

Jax, always beautiful hunny, so good to see you and so nice to know your getting on so fine.

Paul T, fantastic to meet you in the flesh and thanks for the cuddle.

FP your a lovely lady and I can't wait to see the 'many' photo's that you took.

Charity what a shock and surprise that you turned up, why didn't you warn us lol.

and Inca and her soon to be hubby, what a lovely couple, I am so pleased that we got to meet at last, can't wait to see you again soon.

If I've left anyone out then please don't be offended, just nudge me next time lol.

The food was lovely, the company was lovely and the speech.............. when Cel got a word out through the barracking it was good.
