I loved watching Quincy, a really lovely actor. Had not seen him arround for ages though.

He was an actor - but he convinced me that he knew all there was to know about "The Field of Forensic Medicine." Unfortunately, he was so good that I always fainted at the start of each episode, along with that NYPD rookie. Happily, I was always awoken by his "trademark" outrage at the injustice of the system - which occurred about half-way through - and I got to see the final outcome, without too many of the gory details.
