Yea I got me turkey, it's a biggun, about 8.2kg (I'm only feeding 4 of us!) at the moment it is slowly deicing in the fridge, (we managed to squeeze it in there).

I has me puds, stuffing and cream, just need an onion for my bread sauce (did a deal with himself, if I made proper bread sauce I could do away with stuffing the bird... there is only him what eats proper stuffing anyway)
