              Also as i told BillK earlier, am also building a dating site - Now obviously its for those looking for love, but any members that are single and want to give it a try when it goes live let me know and i'll Pm you the live link, then just PM me your username and i'll give you free gold membership or at no cost. Below is a screen shot for what i have come up with in the last 48 hours!

              Its not the final product, but is close to it.

              The members on there at the moment are auto-generated members, not real people. So when the site launches the auto-generated profiles will give the impression they are real members on the site. This is key to get people to sign up (member ship is free but for extra features they need to upgrade). Its the same when a forum starts, the forum owners create threads themselves to draw people in from search engines and to get people to post their own threads and post replies etc. Just like CAG did when they first started CAG (Cough... god i choke everytime i mention that name). Though we will not be sending out message to new members using those autogenerated profiles unlike another dating site mentioned on here this week.

              Also if anyone can think of a good name for a dating site, let me know your suggestions, as i will not be calling the site platinum dating as i have checked and it is already trade marked. I have thought about Diamond Dating as an alternative name which i know is not trade marked.

                    Just a quick update. As you know, i had been hoping to start the alpha stage testing this week, but i have been held back due to work commitments and the need to rewrite some of the script due to scripting errors etc. I'll keep you all updated.

                      Right guys, my magic never ceases to amazes me! I found the scripts causing the problems through pure skill off course, even though it baffled the hell out of me lol. So everything seems as though its working, just a couple of cosmetic changes and i should have the alpha up and running. So i shall post a link to all those interested in testing, via PM later this evening or tomorrow morning.

                      If you still haven't informed me that you would like to be involved in testing, then let me know now if your interested and i'll add you to the list for when i send out the Link to the site via PM.

                      One negative though. Is that if your wanting to buy and sell, you may need to set up a buyer account and a seller account. Though am looking into changing this, so you can buy and sell from one account. And no, you will not need to buy and get feedback before you can sell, unlike bloody ebay when i last used it lol.

                      Ohh i also forgot to add, that i will look at having a competition to see who can design the best logo, with free £15.00 credit to the winner and runners up will get £10 and £5 credits for their design coming in 2nd and/or 3rd. The credits can be spend towards listing fees, once the site goes live. At the moment fees are set to £0.00 so its Free to list and use features like Featured Listings, Highlighted, Bold etc.

                          Have now added the Legal beagles banner to the top right of the site, it where advertising space will be put for now, but will probably be moved to another part of the page when design changes are made, or have a new image showing percentage of donation to be made to LB from listing fees for when the site goes live, though will seek permission from celestine before any new image is placed on the site.

                            I have done so minor changes to the colour scheme and have added a temporary Logo, am sure you can see where the inspiration for the design came from, but don't worry the logo competition is still ago, so if you guys can come up with a better logo with similar colour style then your on to a winner.

                            Now as for the person that voted "No" in this threads poll - well i'd love to know who the tight arse was, considering when fees are live in alpha and beta stage they will only be live for a period of 24hrs max each time, and will not be more than £0.05 per payable fee (it only be £0.05p so the donation to LB would be worthwhile).
