    Hello ducklings

I'm not around at the moment much cos basically I'm a moody mare and not much fun to be around,,have hit a slump mood and refuse to drag anyone else into my misery,,I will resume normal service when I can be bothered to drag my bottom lip off the floor and behave slightly like a human being, I don't even like me at the moment,,would be abject cruelty to expect anyone else to...So,armed with 4 cats,,me teddy bear,,cuppa, and a large dose of self pity I'm going to bed,,will check to see if my sense of happiness has returned tomorrow

To cheer up the lovely Inca xxxxx

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

LOL @ Ma-na, Ma-na. Haven't seen/heard that in yonks. Those quirky French choons seemed to get a really good reception by us 'Rosbif' guys - and the henson crew seemed to 'get' the humour sot-on !!! Brill.

As for the Laurel & Hardy clip (With cross-eyed Ben Turpin as the barman, I believe) - you're not far from the truth, Brum. If you ever meet Turbo and I for real, then you'll see the similarity. Turbo does the tie-twiddling, and I do the head-scratching and 'waterworks' stuff !!!

                          Re: Flump

My reason for flumping was,,OH's brother has been nothing short of useless since FIL passed,,and I'm not well known for my tact and decorum ( never guess would ya? huh? huh?) and I had to keep my gob shut,,,till today,,then I let rip,,I have lost my temper with him, slapped him 7 shades of Sunday, told him to get a bloody grip, knock the booze on the head and join reality. Robs worked his nads off clearing the house with little help from his brother,,and we are talking MAJOR clearing! So,,I now have a stonking headache, but feel much happier

I guess that was a 'blockage' that needed clearing, Inca. Give the air some time to clear, now.
