Midge = Midge Ure (Ultravox) . Make certain = sure. If you take the ure from sure it leaves you with s. Thats where I was coming from with CDs (Charles and Dick plus the s. But I think our answer more right than mine, cos mine was wrong, if you catch my drift lol.
