Regarding burning in the gardens beside XXXXXX Primary School, XXXXXX South Yorks.
Dear Sir or Madam,
This is now my 3rd letter to you regarding the burning at the above address.
I have advised you do to the seriousness of this matter, the resident is burning noxious substances and the smoke is black. The smell from this smoke makes your eyes water and your throat sting, and I have advised the smell suggests tyres are being burnt, however the letters I have sent have been totally ignored. The letter you sent to the School was met by you requesting an appointment to visit the premises, a luxury you did not afford me for the lesser accusation of rubbish in my garden (which you were satisfied was building materials for a new patio). Unsurprisingly the owner refrained from burning on the day of inspection.
There are children in the playground of the school, if the wind blows a certain way they are breathing any fumes caused by the fire. This has seemingly fallen on deaf ears, but there are children with issues such as asthma and Cerebal Palsy to name but a few.
At present I have a sore throat and head ache from the smoke that can be seem from my home in XXXXX , a 5 min walk from the school
May I enquire as to what is going to happen regarding this letter?
