No consumer credit agreement no loan as it would be an unlawful loan, same if she has no credit license only way it would be lawful is if she only got back what she lent you in the first place. Tell her unless she wants to be arrested for being a laon shark, she is to stop hassling you for more money , because as far as your concerned you have repaid it.
And what proof does she have that their was an agreement to pay rent? None at all. No proof no debt, report her to the police for harassment if she persists. Its time you stood up to her like a solid brick wall and not like a spounge that soaks up her damands and drains out cash in return.
Also as other mentioned, if she owns the house the rent would be classed as personal income and she would have to declare it with HMRC.
The problem with control freaks is they don't realise what they are doing until some one sticks up to them and puts them in their place.
