Afraid chat is not well at the moment lol.
I think everyone is fine, everyone is waiting the outcome of the OFT thing and most claims have been stayed.
As for yours, just carry on as it is the same as a credit card claim and can go ahead.

Jenny, take your time with everything because we were all in the same boat at one point. The important thing is to make sure everything is done correctly and that you ask along the way and have some fun along the way via the lamp post for a bit of a laugh. Welcome and take your time and you will be fine.

thanks i took on natiownide earlier on in the year and won!! yay So catologue claims are ok, thats good will send letter tomorrow. its only for £80 but better than nothing.
