Re: Worst company in Britain award

Since 2006b TalkTalk officially entered my sizeable expletive repertoire!! Never ever ever again!

    Talk Talk Hell
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

I think they must be psychic, I have just had a call from Frederickson, they say I owe the £250 for cancelling my Talk Talks contract, I asked them if they would take me to court for it, the girl misunderstood, she thought I was concerned about the prospect, in fact I was asking her to take me to court, I would love the opportunity to trot out my records relating to their inadequate service.

I'm not sure whether or not this counts as a valid nomination, but if it doesn't, it should!

This year in particular I would like to nominate for the winners of this prestigious award UK PLC. During the year they have committed just about every breach in "The Dummies Guide to Running a Successful Business." They have single handedly kindly donated several thousand pounds worth of debt to each and every one of us who pays tax. They have rewarded the wan sorry, typo, bankers with massive bonuses for bringing UK PLC to its knees and have successfully demonstrated gross incompetence in almost every area of their business operation.

I believe sheer incompetence of this magnitude not only takes enormous work and devotion, but deserves recognition through the awarding of this much coveted trophy.

                    Absolutely!

'They' have, or should have, contracted with us, the Geat Unwash......er the Great British citizens, to do right by us, & refrain from selling us down the Swanee.
As 'they' have failed miserably to uphold their side of the bargain, & have brought us to near ruination, I say

"we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the breaches (of contract), we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and if, which I do not for a moment believe, this island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the new world, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old."

(I just made that up this evening........honest!)

A worhty candidate in my opinion and perhaps equally ellegable, Europe PLC, all those canidates payed all that money to screw up the finances of 27 differnt countries, has to be a contender.

For every person claiming sickness benefits who is found 'fit for work' and instead has to claim the lower and more conditional JSA, ATOS receive a £700 bonus.

If the decision is overturned at appeal, as the majority are, ATOS do not have to give the £700 back.

Those found 'fit for work' include those who are terminally ill with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy.
