TUTTSI - News from hospital bed

Hiya

As a few of you know Tuttsi is in hospital, she has had an operation on her shoulder (can't remember the details exactly).

Anyway have received the following text...

Worse than first though, I have arthritis of the tendon in shoulder.Will have less movement and longer recovery time.

I'll update as and when I hear more.

She's in a bit of pain this morning---hope its not too bad hun

I am now home. Very limited movement of the arm as it is in a sling and id painful to move.

Food was not too bad only one meal yesterday I ate it because I was by then quite hungary.

I had a torn rota cuff which allso showed degeneration of the tendons the shoulder and as I have on my ankle. The condultant could not say 100% if the repair will last as it was a much longer op than first antcipated - normally 1.5 hours but mine was nearer to 3 hours,

It is very difficult to do certain things like getting dressed etc etc....but I am managing with the help of my o/h and daughter.
