England you did a great job but LOST the world CUP Rugby. (sorry I did say they would lose).

Ok, some good news, someone I know has WON their claim against a credit card provider this weekend.
Feel Free to add some positive winning things to end this dismal weekend.

Not sure how or why but I just got an email off a mate saying her sister got her claim paid out by Natwest "A few weeks ago" trying to get some more details but knowing my mate, a few weeks could well have been June!!!!!

Had a reply off my mate, the offer was made pre OFT test case announcement and the cheque arrived the end of September, usual efficiency from NatWest then!!!
