  • I am cooking eggs for the first time in ages tips please

It has been a long time since I have cooked eggs and I have been out of the egg cooking scene for some time. I really need some tips like colour of the eggs, should I go to the supermarket or to the farm. Box or bag? THis is a really important thing for me and I need to get back to the egg scene as I have been away for too long.
Come on guys all tips gratefully accepted.

Box or Bag??? Do you like smashed eggs??:hungry:

All I know is buy free range, they taste better and don't come from sad manky chickens.

The other tip is: for a great fried egg...use a small non stick saucepan, not frying pan. Put large knob of butter in and poach the egg in the butter. yummy
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
