  • Skin care tips

I never thought in a billion years I would be writing this thread. I work in the NHS and the soap messes up the skin to hell. I currently use
Neutrogena deep mosture body lotion but my skin is cracked up a right treat.

What would you guys and gals think might be better to use?

    Hiya

    Have you tried E45?

There are various types I believe.....

I used this regularly when I worked for the NHS, and went through a stage of having dry chapped skin, it worked for me.
I take it you have to use that scrub wash as well, on the way in and out etc, and always after when dealing with patients.

I used to find the hospital gloves made my hands itchy.

Thankfully, I don't deal with patients but I do deal with the soap

Its quite a rich soap if i remember correctly.

I would give the E45 a go in between, use it up to 3 times daily, good luck.
