Godzilla returning after a very long time away from this superb Consumer Forum, I see the old place has changed quite a bit since I was last here.

Thank you very much indeed for that very pleasant Birthday message.

Well, I guess that I should have a good look around and see if I can be of any help to any member, even if that just means having a good laugh to relieve the stress that seems to of consumed almost every household in the country!

I have been studying real hard on many, many areas of law (same as most members on this and other sites/forums of the like), so if I can assist any member on any legal matters, then of course I shall do just that.

In the not too distant future, I hope to pass my exams and become a qualified professional (as far as legal matters are concerened).

Well Site Team, I am going to have a good scoot around the place and see what turns up.

Thank you very much indeed for that most delightfully warm welcome.

Sainsbury's? Well please do not be offended, but right now I am not going to talk about them or their army, all I can say say on that particular subject is, the matter is in full legal swing and is yet to be concluded.

Yes, I think the question is 'What is Godzilla"? Rather than "Who is Godzilla"? (ho ho ho, Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence).

Well I must say that it really has been most enjoyable having a scoot around the old place again and I do hope that I can be of some assistence to those that are being battered about by the banks/creditors/dca's and their Solicitors, as I say, even if only to bring a little bit of joy and happiness back into their lives by way of a jolly good laugh, yes, all that stress is absolutely terrifying at times and completely needless.

You know, I liken all these blasted banks/creditors to a load of wild horses going on the rampage all over the country pulling their bloody carriges (DCA's) behind them trampling on the life of good folk, it really is a terrible state of affairs for the country to be in.

David Cameron how dare you ask me to dig my heels in for my country, I did that once already and for what, nothing man I tell you, I will most certainly dig my heels in for my fellow country men and women, but for you David, no, you carry on David looking after all of these blasted financial institutions, that is your preference David, isn't it man!

David Cameron, shepperd you are, TRUE YOU ARE NOT, you are a bloody whimp and you are leading this fine country into a state of irreparable oblivion, yes I know it was all Labour's fault, well you were there man when they were in office, why didn't you do something about this sorry state then?

You want input David, how long have you got man?

Let it all out why don't you Godzilla, David Cameron! You do not know what it feels like to suffer and you do not know what it feels like to be encased in misery and anger.

David Cameron, your plans will fail because you do not care about the life of your fellow people, you love gold, oil, silver, diamonds and pearls, well here's some news for you David, LIFE IS THE GOLD ON THIS EARTH!

I'm new here so its inappropriate for me to say welcome back but I would if I could.

Question about something that has been bugging me for a few weeks now and you may have the answer. Somewhere I read a judgement on a case where a lawyer should not have blindly relied on an expert's opinion because he knew it was prejudiced or flew in the face of the opinion of 4 other experts.

I can't trace it - did I imagine it or can you say - ah ! its A v B judge C etc etc . This has been bugging me and I am almost at the stage of sleepless nights !

Almost at that stage old boy? There will come a time when you will desire to be back where you are now my dear fellow.

Sleepless nights, goodness me, I certainly understand what that is, oh how I do wish to go off into those wonderful dreams I used to find myself in.

These day, or rather nights I should say, when I am so restless, I tend to get into the boat and go out onto the lake, espeacially on a clear night when the full moon hangs there in the midnight sky like some beautiful glowing lantern for all the world to see and the whole lake is lit up with a delightful and calming blue haze.

No fishing for me though, you see I tend to always fill my nets up first and then I go off to fish.

Unfair advantage old boy, a professional Solicitor/Barrisster will always adhere to the Rules that govern them, they are the ones who will never break the oath.
