Hi,ive been sitting on a piece of land 150ft x10ft for about 6 yrs now,ive kept it looking ship shape and my neighbours have no claim to it as it joins my house and there is nothing after it.
I moved the fence out to cover this land when i moved in and no one has complained,even the council when i had them out a few times about issues with the hedge trimming around the street.
It is a privately owned house by the way.
Ive heard all sorts from 7 to 12 years so basicaly im just checking!
No one will ever claim it as its butts onto my garden and there is nothing the other side of it for 200ft until it hits the canal !
