I've got a business idea and am looking for a computer programmer (not to expensive) to write an interactive computer program for me.

Not keen on just looking someone up, would rather have someone recommended to me.

What I am looking for is to set up a site where people looking for a service can be put in touch with people supplying a service and allow them to interact.

Obviously this is a very specific service.

PM me with the basic functionality of the site you need to see it do, eg;

Use registrations? Emailing? PM system? Text messaging? A general idea of the functionality (without divulging your idea ) like 'user A can do X and user B will react by action Y or Z'
