    Re: Pompey Judgement

I believe it's not due till 4pm and there will most likely be a delay is posting online, although I'm sure it will be announced.

Oh well that's what you get for supporting a "not very good" team.

    Go Saints

Well i really hope it goes in our favour and just because im a supporter but for all the other teams that have image rights deals because if we lose there will be a lot of worried teams out there

Curious to see what happens here.

I certainly don't support them, but I lived for a short while right by the ground.

yes they lost but likely to waste more taxpayers cash and appeal tomorrow
                  ------------------------------- merged -------------------------------
where they have gone is taking a club to court instead of the football leagues who make the rules
                  ------------------------------- merged -------------------------------
The portsmouth news reporting that the hmrc sols have ruled out any appeal fantastic now chanrai can go ahead and buy the club out of admin and the cva can go ahead time for a drink

Portsmouth win vital court case against HMRC - Telegraph

TBH an empty win really as they are still in financial dire straits.
