Re: Alexandra Slater v Egg Banking Plc August 9th 2010
I recently joined this forum because like many others I have debt problems which after a couple of years of twisting and turning I wanted to gain control of.
I like many others, in seeking information, flit from one forum to another following links and threads but felt that LB was the forum with the most informed and helpful contributors.
I realised that forums only exist on donations and joined for life.
I have not posted too many replies as I felt that I had no experience and needed to research and seek advice.
I have started a couple of threads and was blown over by the generous help I have received in particular from Pandora, Middenmiss and Mike770.
However I have seen in the past few days those very people who attracted me to this forum and were offering such good advice to others before I joined and who have so much experience become embroiled in this event.
So much so that new members who are seeking help are being ignored. To this end I have even started replying to posts using the little knowledge(not only a bad thing but also dangerous) to point them to previous threads or judgements that I have studied.
I am begging you all to do what you do best and share your experience and knowledge to benefit those who need it now.
Please stop wasting your time on what has gone before and concentrate on the good you can do in the future.
Remember some of those you help now will be passing your knowledge to others in years to come .
