yup Pt2537 is here now too

    G'day all,

Thought i should pop a hello im here post in,

Ive quit the CAG forum as i was subject to a sustained and draining attack by one member over there. I made the choice to leave, and not to post over there again in protest over the fact this user is allowed to attack me without punishment and those in the upper echelons of power there take the view that i am the one in the wrong, im very minded to post the emails so all can see what i mean.

There will undoubtedly be people who lose out by this, i hope that they find their way here, so that we can help them fight and defend themselves properly.

One thing i found funny, was that i was in some way nasty according to those over there, cos i said i wouldnt post the Egg judgment over there, well clearly they missed the point, if im no posting then its a given im not going to post the judgment either DUR

    WEll, im here now,

if anyone needs anything shout, as you all know i have nearly every legal data base at my finger tips so if you need stuff let me know.

Im contactable on skype too so just holler

    Regards

    Paul

This thread is now closed. It is very rare a thread gets closed on here but I see no other alternative. Any further discussion on this subject that is not solely regarding the actual judgment and legal arguments will be moderated and moved to the Kennels. If you require access to the Kennels to continue this discussion please refer to the forum rules.

Posts of the same ilk have been moved from the judgment thread to this one.

This thread no longer serves any purpose.

    Thread Closed.

Re: Alexandra Slater v Egg Banking Plc August 9th 2010

There is a site for petty squabbling, back-stabbing, sniping and pointless drivel and there is a site for mature debate, where positive outcomes are encouraged and intelligent discussion is expected.

    Guess which one this is?

We ban very few users and moderate very few posts, but that does not mean we cannot do it, simply that we choose not to. The site team here are not driven by ego, or a desire to demonstrate mastery of either the subject under discussion or any of the sites’ members.

That subject is named at the top of your screens and is rather helpfully repeated at the top of each individual post. Anything not relevant to this heading is not required on this thread and serves only to antagonise other members, which of course is the only reason why some of you are posting.

Amethyst has already pointed out, at post #81, that we have a procedure for dealing with unhappy users and you are free to avail yourselves of that.

This will remain civilised or posts will be moderated or removed and users banned.

Now it would appear that both PT and PB have left so, no matter whose camp people were previously in it would be as well to put the lid on it. Sniping and snidy remarks about the perceived baddy, whoever you think it mayt have been, only serve to prolong it all.

I for one am fed up of it and if them leaving means and end to all the arguing and bad feeling, which we never had before, then I'm glad they've gone, although their experience and advive will be missed.
    Thanks for that, Wendy!

Rather like shooting the messanger, isn't it?

Incidentally and for the avoidance of doubt, I joined LB because of the Lowell incident only!

You'll be pleased to know the fight has moved back next door and won't appear to darken this site's doorstep again (although you may hear it through the wall)
