  • yup Pt2537 is here now too

    G'day all,

Thought i should pop a hello im here post in,

Ive quit the CAG forum as i was subject to a sustained and draining attack by one member over there. I made the choice to leave, and not to post over there again in protest over the fact this user is allowed to attack me without punishment and those in the upper echelons of power there take the view that i am the one in the wrong, im very minded to post the emails so all can see what i mean.

There will undoubtedly be people who lose out by this, i hope that they find their way here, so that we can help them fight and defend themselves properly.

One thing i found funny, was that i was in some way nasty according to those over there, cos i said i wouldnt post the Egg judgment over there, well clearly they missed the point, if im no posting then its a given im not going to post the judgment either DUR

    WEll, im here now,

if anyone needs anything shout, as you all know i have nearly every legal data base at my finger tips so if you need stuff let me know.

Im contactable on skype too so just holler

    Regards

    Paul

I sorry and disappointed about the circumstances, but I'm still very very pleased to see you over here Paul.

I've lost touch a bit with your posts/contributions OTR, so I'm looking forward to your contributions here.

      Hi,
saw the abuse you were getting on the other forum. I completely understood your reasons for not posting certain information, as i am sure many of the other members do. It looked to me as the person concerned was trying to stir things, discredit information etc.
Glad to have found this site, and look forward to reading your valued contributions.

Good to see someone with Pauls knowledge (and fame on Credit Today) over here. Now I know I have made the wise decision.

I expect this site will attract quite a few across due to Paul's reputation and the help he has given many over the past few years.

Wonder if we can coax the Scarlet Pimpernel accross. Unfortunately I cannot PM him anymore on GAG

I hope it does Berty mate,

but not because im here, i am nobody mate, im just trying to help people with the tools at my disposal.

I try to keep my day job separate from these places, as its all well and good giving a user a well prepared defence, witness statement, skeleton argument, but when they get in the court room they are on their own,

So its gotta be fit for purpose, whereas in the day job we have barristers on tap when needed for advice for our clients,

I just hope that people find their way here to get the help they need, its sad but the CAG now has no one who can sort out the debt forums from the legal aspect, they lost Zootscoot a while ago too, real shame,

                        Hello matey,

Yes, what a bloody nightmare, i cant believe how quick the people around you stick the knife in over there when the powers that be decide you are no use anymore.

Well, they just lost every law database i have, all the cases ( 22000 last count) that deal with consumer credit law in one guise or another, the precedents, pleadings i have from work etc, they lost the lot.

And they also lost, the reports on the up coming cases, i have a lot of very important cases hitting the High Court and Court of Appeal, the only info they will get now is off of BAILLI and thats it.

Id love to post some of the email i was sent, it would make them all realise how little thought after they are.

But, ho hum thats life, you dont find out how nasty people can be til its too late,
