    Hi

    Pointless theorising really.
I dont know if this is a factor or just me getting above myself but if it makes a difference i promise not to comment or refer to the judgement either here or on any forum if it is posted this weekend for say at least a month.
    People need to see this

PT is there ANY possibility it was a set-up meant to discredit such claims?

PT, you have suggested that Ms Slater, when she went on to the witness stand, told a different version of events than was contained in the witness statement, and in her discussiions with her legal team. Two questions
    1. how significant do you consider this was in the final judgement?
    2. why would she do this? One can only assume that this is a woman of at least normal intelligence and that she would know that this is hardly going to help the chances of her case being successful. This seems extremely odd to me.

PT are you going to be posting up a copy of the approved Slater V Egg judgment this evening or do we have to wait until Tuesday ?

I, for one, would rather see a copy of the full approved judgment rather than a summary!

Please does anyone have a link to or a copy of the original judgment from the lower court in the Brandon case?

How curious, that Egg would send out these letters prior to the approved judgement being handed down?

we do have the full approved judgment in the office,

I have a draft judgment, here with me, but i would prefer to provide the full judgment from the approved copy, as there may well be inaccuracies in my copy

oops crossed posts PT. Thanks that would be useful.

Saw someone had received a letter from their 'lawyers' who are dropping an egg case, quoting Slater v Egg on the 20th August too.

Just think of it as a way of punishing the money lenders (as he wants to do) in such a way it gives the coalition government political cover "its not us gov its the law init":tinysmile_grin_t:

Great ODC perhaps you can provide a little insight to what a civil recovery victim can or should do if accused of shoplifting by the Civil Recovery threat monkeys

PS be careful we know for a fact they read this forum so PM me if you wish
