Firefox - An alternative browser to internet explorer (the microsoft one with the 'e' as an icon:

BBcode - Bulletin Board Code.. Code that you can type to make the board do stuff, i.e. Quote other people etc:

Plugin - An additional tool that you can add on to firefox.

So basically, the plugin is for firefox, and it makes inputting BBcode easier
