Oh go on then how about .....

Sausage Casserole


Sausages
Onions
Mushrooms
Tin chopped tomatos
and some gravy stock

Place all in a slow cooker and leave all day long, serve with mashed potato.

Corned Beef Ash


I just do mine in the pressure cooker [without the lid - just for the size of it]


Potatoes
Carrots, Peas, Swede, Onion
tin Corned Beef [I usually throw a couple of tins in tho, cos it breaks down]
Gravy powder to taste

Just boil the lot until the potatoes are cooked. Lovely with yorkshire puddings, or dumplings. I usually use enough veg to fill the pressure cooker, then I can freeze loads and get several meals out of it [we especially like it when its reheated, because it really thickens it up]
