I was thinking the other day, I have a couple of songs I put on, when Im down, the sort with a roaring chorus, thats gets you off your butt when you need too or put 2 fingers up at whatever is bothering you, thought we could share, our favourites, so here goes 2 of mine:

Wouldn't call this uplifting per se, but I have always loved this song. I often listen to it over and over again. I'd like to be able to sing it at the Karaoke Discos I do, but I've never been able to find it on Karaoke anywhere ...

Unless you happen to be a fan of the genre of music that Fish is often associated with (i.e Progressive Rock), then it is very unlikely you ever would LOL

I've simply been a big fan of Fish's music (especially the lyrics he writes) since the days he fronted Marillion back in the 80's. He has produced some awesome stuff as a solo artist since he left Marillion in 1988 - and that song just happens to be the best one he has done (in my opinion) as a solo artist.
