  • A Chicken Thing!!

    We have chickens!

    Truly.

Batteryr chickens rescued from some chicken version of Guantanamo.
(Battery? I thought they worked on Paxo?)

Anyway, on collection day we had to find suitable cardboard boxes, & punch small holes in them.

OH - "Not like that - says here they've got to be golf-ball sized holes!"

    ??????????????

Me (politely - you know me!) - "would that be TopFlite or Titleist?"

I am not a golf aficionado. I've only ever played one game.
(I saw on the consumer help link on the home page that, if golf clubs bend in half after hitting the ball, redress via SoGA is possible.
All of my clubs ended up like that!
    Who do I sue?)

    A stony silence ensued.

Then, of course, the naming ceremony.
    I offered KFC & XD (Xmas din-dins).

Deathly silence. I feared I had crossed some boundary visible to all but me.

All of this leads me to the point of this post.

Can we, once & for all, answer that old chestnut:-

Why did the chicken cross the road (& variants)

Meanwhile, if you want me I'll be chez Fido!

    cnjw:tape2:

    To start off:-

Why did the toilet roll go down the hill?
    To get to the bottom!
