Are you trying to say that I can't do that ?

Jesus I'd have a heart attack at the beginning.

Oh I hope they don't expect us to do that at the school, I thought I'd just have to have a trot round.

Re: Sapphires got a new baby !!!!!!!

Well in preparation of Baileys first night a school, I spent an hour or so this afternoon bathing him, made him look all lovely and fluffy (he loved the hairdryer), gave him a right good brushing. Aww he did look lovely he really did.
So I popped into the kitchen for a while and when I came out there he was digging in the new sand and pepples surrounding the pond (we had it all done a few days ago), so not only does the pond surround look awful now the flaming dog was a right sodding mess.

Anyways off we went to school, there was 8 of us having the assessment tonight, couple of baby labradors, a dogue de bordeaux, couple of springer spaniels and a boxer so it looks like Baileys going to stay the smallest. We all had to leave the dog in the cars and go and listen to a talk, and very interesting it was too. Then we had to collect our puppies
and go in the hall for them to be assessed, it was pretty straightforward just a few questions and then told which classes we would be able to attend for now. They recommended that we attend twice weekly at first and see how he gets on.

Re: Sapphires got a new baby !!!!!!!

We've now had our 'baby' for 9 weeks today, he's been attending puppy classes and can do 'lay down' very well. In fact thats about all his does really well, every command he just lays down, rolls over and shows his bits to the world ffs. He does do sit if there's food or a treat involved and walking to heel if its a good day, anyway am still persevering with him and will get there eventually. It amazing how many people come to classes with their puppies and after a couple of weeks stop going, got to admit it does get repetetive at times but its nice to meet new people too.

Well the other day I found in our local paper an advert for a Pet Portrait Competition in our local Pets at Home by the Airport in Southend. So yesterday I bathed him and brushed him and all lovely he looks too, and today off we trundled and he had over 20 piccies taken, bless him he was good as gold and I'm hoping the piccies will come out great. Yes I know its basically a sales thing but it was fun anyway. Next Sat/Sun we have to go and view the piccies, pick out one to go forward in the competition and obviously shell out for one or two too. Then in 8 weeks time (so I believe) the piccies are judged and results given out.

If we do buy any piccies, I'll try to scan them and post them on here.

                  Hi Sapphire,

                  Grrrrrrrr!!

When you said "new baby", I thought you meant .............well, you asked for this:-

                  "PUPPIES FOR SALE"

                  6 mongrels
                  Housetrained (almost)
They respond to commands such as "dinner's on the table" or "who wants an icecream", but not to "get up, it's time for school" or "tidy your bedroom".
They are magic puppies......ask for help & they disappear!
$5 each (this is an american keyboard!)
I'll pay you more if I have to??!!

Just kidding, & I hope all goes well
