High - sending John Hartson to Norwich on loan.
Low - having him back again.

High - beating Coventry 4 - 0 last night(yes I know they only had 10 men)
Low - I put my tenner on for us to win the Championship at 8/1, should have gone each way cos I think Watford might pip us.

Highs - well we are starting to play better and are 2nd in the leaque, Drogba and Lampard look like they are back on form.

Lows - Terry and Cole out for a while oh and the so sad loss of the georgeous Jose Mourinho.

Southend United (our local team), come on the blues, sea, sea, seasiders etc etc

West Ham - They won 5-0 against Derby, well thats their goals done now for the season itn't it. And speaking as someone who lives with a Hammers fan life can get pretty desperate at times, as the Hammers have more highs and lows, than Amy Winehouse on drugs.
