I've got a case going to Employment Tribunal next week. The solicitors I was using were terrible - they never replied to emails and almost had my case struck out. I sacked them and submitted an N434 to Tribunal to say that I was a litigant in person. I notified all parties, including my previous legal representation. The sacked solicitors have contacted Tribunal today claiming that they still represent me. I've emailed Tribunal to set them straight, but what is my legal standing on this issue?
