Myspace, Facebook, Bebo et al

Whats the verdict on these sites.
I have got a Myspace page, but thats as far as it goes.
Does anyone here have one, or a preference to which they prefer?

Dont want to start bulding a page and find out it last years news>

All these sites are getting a really bad reputation for paedophiles using them to groom kids, for that reason alone I would avoid them like the plague.

The only way they are going to stop this is bring in a law making the website owners/hosts responsible for the content, then they may be used for the purpose they were intended.

I don't have any but both my eldest kids have Bebo and I would say you don't what that as it is aimed at the younger end of the market (teens).

I have facebook and Myspace. Facebook is easier to set up and Ive found more people are on it. Also have gotten in touch with loads of people from way back when with Facebook but only found 2 friends on myspace.

Im not good with computers and found myspace a pain to do and my partner had to help me alot

I agree with Jan. Also I've seen a few stories of people loosing their jobs over what they've posted on these sites.

Dunno If I am the only one who thinks this, but they are all crap.
But then again those who know me, know what a miserable git I am.
