  • County Court 'Claim form for possession of a property located in England' question

Under the section 'Enter the full name(s) of the Claimant(s)' do/does the claimant(s) have to use all of their forenames as well as their surname or is it acceptable that they merely use their first name and surname?

    The latter will do.

That you are not having difficulty with the trickier parts of the form is a good sign.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
