You are issued with a summons, if you don't turn up then the hearing may proceed in your absence if there is no valid reason for adjourning. We are a number of posts in and I still don't know what it is you are asking for. You seem to be holding on to certain information and drip feeding it. I think you've had several answers which appear to resolve your initial query so why don't you just give us the story and what you are seeking to do.
