Hi all, I have had problems with someone who did my driveway, he hasnt been back to finish the job and I will take him to court as soon as I find his address, he is still posting for jobs on my local FB selling site, if I was to start commenting on it to warn people not to go nowhere near him could that cause problems for me, I really dont want other people to have the same problems? Thankyou

you could end up facing a defamation claim, so be very very careful how you approach something like this.

When you say you will sue him as soon as you find his address, was he trading as a limited company? if so the address will be on companies house.
