  • Apologies in advance...

I am going to bore you all silly this week!

I have just put a shed load of things on E-Bay and I get really (stupidly) excited when people start bidding on things!

OH actually leaves the room as I start jumping up and down and screaming OMG someone just bid £.50p for that bit of crap!

I already have my first bid of £60 on a subwoofer I didnt even know I still had till yesterday!

I want to reach £500 so I dont have to pay the bills on my credit card this month!

Pmsl Mocha I thought my OH was the only person that did that, and, he actually sits at the computer for the last 30 mins or so of a 'listing' and watches the figures, drives me bloody mad he does.

Don't forget to put your totals in your signature hun, then we can all encourage you and celebrate along the way.

PMSL I suppose I best get into our garage/loft/junk room and do the same thing.

My missus does that! She kicks me off the computer in the final minutes. I guess its a little bit like fishing from your living room.
I bought a new guitar on ebay last night. Well chuffed with it, about half of it would have cost in a shop and its brand new.
Things are not always like that with ebay though. I remember 'buying' some new hubcaps for my car a couple of years ago that never arrived. Never got my money back either after ebay gave him the boot.

                      Re: Apologies in advance...

I love ebay. Now my internet is working at home again I will be listing some stuff shortly - OH says that one horse only needs one saddle so why are there 2 more in our conservatory? Huh, what does he know lol. Although the two spare saddles don't actually fit Eben so they might as well go. Amazing how much stuff you sort of hoard isn't it. What he doesn't realise is I'm going to start clearing out the (his) garage next!

My son's car is listed on ebay and ends in about 4 hours. So if anyone wants to knock up the bid so it gets a bit closer to the reserve.....unless you really DO want to buy a Cinquencento, that is.........
