After 12 Christmases working in retail I kind of lost all sense of the season.
It was just a couple of days off
The General Public really SUCK at this time of year !!!

But all that changed 3 years ago when my daughter arrived and now with a 1 year old son as well, I have come to realise exactly what Christmas is all about.

The Children.

Their little faces lighting up as they unwrap gaudy gifts.

So roll on Xmas.

Tell me about it. I spent a similar time in retail many years ago - most of it managing a Next in Oxford St. As soon as the doors closed on Christmas eve I'd spend to the early hours preparing the sale. and spend Christmas day exhausted.

Glad those days are over. Retail sucks at Christmas.

Tell ME about it, after spending 15 years as a public house licensee I thought the whole point of Christmas to get pished.
