I have a BIG problem and need your help !

Over the last few months I have been getting up earlier and earlier on a Sunday morning, oh I hear you say to yourselves, she is probably suffering from one or all of the following:

1. The bladder is full and I need a wee.
2. The bowels are full and I need a poo.
3. The old man is snoring and I can't sleep.
4. Loads of things on mind and can't sleep.
5. Loads to do.
6. Bloody too hot in bed.
7. Bad backache.
8. Get up quick before the old man wants to do the 'horizontal rumba'.




Nope none of these....................

I always listen to Aled on Sundays but it is not on really early. 7am is like the middle of the day to me now that I have an early morning pup waking me at 4am.

Pmsl I also listen to Sir Terence of Wogan weekdays. I absolutely love his Janet and John stories they are hysterical.

Does this mean I am getting old ?




In fact its Radio 2 all the way now and has been for quite a few years.

Awww Bless ya saff, you're an oldie now.

I am tuned to radio 2 from early morning till bedtime now. The kids have all left home so i don't even have to change channals from radio 1. I must say Ken Bruce is my favorite and I will be sad when his show ends.

Don't say listening to Radio 2 makes you feel old ffs. If I am out driving I regularly listen to it.

Janet & John is hilarious and just my sense of humour, Jeremy Vine - some good debates, Sally traffic (or whoever) is a godsend to all lorry drivers too. On an evening, usually when driving home from work it is Mark Radcliffe & Stuart Maconie as funny as Mark & Lard used to be on Radio 1 but with plenty of rock music too.

I think I must be 37 going on 57..........shoot me now.

I am old but I prefer radio 1 on my way to work and back - always cheers me up.

MOH likes Radio 2 - I make him turn it off!lol

Radio 1 is good for the majority of the music, Chris Moyles is OK in small doses, my favourite being Scott Mills.

You are obviously from my neck of the woods PKea. Didn't know Penky owned The Rev. I stopped listening to it years ago, because they started playing really weird obscure music. Might give it another go.
Listened to Key103 till they sacked James H Reeve- (The best radio presenter ever) from the evening phone in. Was even in discussions with Iain Lee the TV presenter ( not name dropping- honest- anyway, many people havent heard of him, so it usually falls flat)! to try to get him reinstaed, but that didnt help.
